1. Redemption Code Expiry:
The redemption code is advised for immediate use to prevent expiration. We are not responsible for any expired codes. Once code is redeemed, it is non-refundable.

2. Redemption Limit:
Only (1) product or discount code reward can be redeemed per transaction. Multiple redemptions in a single transaction are not allowed.

3. Minimum Spending Requirement:

Redeem rewards product / discount - Ensure that your order meets the minimum spending requirement of RM38 before applying the redemption code. If the minimum spending requirement is not met, the code will not be valid.
 
4. Expiry of Promotion:
The 9.9 Member Perks promotion is valid for a limited period of 9 days, from 4 - 12 September 2025. The promotion ends at 11:00 PM, 12th September 2025.

5. Limited Time Products and Discounts:
All featured products and discount rewards are available for a restricted time, and you can choose and redeem only one reward using your available points during the 9-day promotion. The availability of rewards is limited, and the offer operates on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to stock availability. Act quickly as quantities are limited.

6. Redemption Instructions:
Follow the provided instructions for redeeming your rewards. Failure to follow the provided instructions may result in the code not being applied correctly.

7. Promotion Changes:
We reserve the right to change, modify, or cancel the promotion and its terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting.

8. Eligibility:
This promotion is open to eligible participants during the 5-day period specified. We reserve the right to verify the eligibility of participants.

9. Non-Transferable:
The redemption code and rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash value.

1. Log In and Check Points: Navigate to the website and log in to your "My Rewards" account using your email and password. and check your points balance.

2. Choose and Redeem: Select the reward you want and redeem it. Copy the discount code.

3. Add to Cart: After clicking the 'Redeem' button, the product won't be added to your shopping cart automatically. You can find the product on our website and add it to your cart manually.

4. Apply Discount and Checkout: Paste the discount code during checkout and complete your purchase.

New Members:

1. Sign Up: New members can earn 500 points simply by signing up for the program.

2. Follow Instagram: Earn 100 points by following the program's Instagram account.

3. Insert Birth Date: Receive a generous 1000 points on your birthday every year by inserting your birthdate in your profile.

Existing Members:

1. Log In: Navigate and log in to your "My Rewards" account using your email and password.

3. Points for Purchase: Earn 1 point for every RM1 spent on normal days.

• Earn 2 points for every RM1 spent.

4.  Product Review: Receive an email after 10 days of purchase. Review each product with a photo to earn up to 300 points.

Step 2. Click the provided link to review the product.
Step 3. Rate the product and write a comment (earn 100 points).
Step 4. Attach product photos (earn 200 points).
Step 5. Submit the review.
Step 6. Repeat for each product if applicable..

6. Refer a Friend: Referral Program: Members can refer friends to the program and earn 1000 points when the referred friend makes a successful purchase. Additionally, the referred friend can enjoy a 10% discount.

• Navigate "My Rewards" scroll down. Enter your friend's email, copy link, share to your friend. 

• Share your referral code with a friend, have them join as a member, and your friend can enjoy a 10% discount on their first order.

• You will receive 1000 points once your friend successfully uses your referral code.
