Davines Rewards is a loyalty program designed to reward our most loyal customers. The program allows you to earn points and redeem them for a wide variety of rewards, including full-size products and exclusive gifts.

You can join us by create an account in our official website.
HOW DO I EARN POINTS?
There are lots of ways to earn points with Davines Rewards. Aside from product purchase, you can also earn points by writing product reviews, referring friends and interacting with us on social media. Don’t forget, you can earn 500 points just by signing up today!
WHY DO I NOT SEE ALL OF MY POINTS?
When you first earn points for certain activities, they will initially appear as pending. They only become available as redeemable points after the specified pending period has passed.
HOW CAN I GET MY BIRTHDAY POINTS?
DO MY POINTS EXPIRE?
Yes, If you have registered your birthday date, your birthday points will be awarded to you. However, if you register your birthday just a few days before your actual birthday, the reward may be delayed for up to 30 days. If you register your birthday after the actual date has passed, unfortunately, you will receive your birthday points on the following year. Additionally, please note that Davines Rewards points are valid for a duration of 12 months.
HOW CAN I VIEW MY POINT BALANCE?
To view your balance and program activity, click on the "My Rewards" tab and login to your account.
CAN I TRANSFER OR COMBINE MY POINTS TO ANOTHER ACCOUNT?
Not at this time, Your points are not transferable or combine with another account in the website.
CAN I CANCEL MY POINTS THAT HAVE BEEN REDEEMED?
Points that have been previously redeemed cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable.
HOW DO I REDEEM POINTS?
To redeem points online, login to your account at www.davinesmy.com and click on the "My Rewards" tab. There you will find a list of all the rewards available for you to redeem. Click on the "Redeem" button below to redeem and follow the detailed instructions.
1.Navigate to the "My Rewards" page.
2.Select the item you wish to redeem.
3.Copy the code provided and paste it into the "Discount Code" column at checkout. Your free gift will then be applied to your order.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AND MAXIMUM REDEMPTION REQUIRED?
You may redeem your points as soon as you accumulate a minimum of 500 points = RM5; and maximum 1,000 points = RM25 per order.

AM I ABLE TO USE POINTS AT CHECKOUT?
Yes, you may redeem your points as soon as you accumulate a minimum of 250 points for free shipping. Expired points cannot be carried forward nor be exchangeable for cash or product.

1.Navigate to the "My Rewards" page.
2.Select the item you wish to redeem.
3.Copy the code provided and paste it into the "Discount Code" column at checkout. Your free gift will then be applied to your order.
CAN I LINK OR COMBINE THE SAME MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM AND APPLY TO THE DAVINES AUTHORIZED CENTERS?
Unfortunately, the on Davines rewards program is not application to the Davines authorized centers.
