This upcycled denim pouch is made in collaboration with Davines Malaysia's 2025 Ocean Keeper Campaign. Crafted locally by women from marginalised and vulnerable community who are mostly home-based seamstresses in Selangor. They are empowered and trained in the art of creative sewing as a way to uplift their earning potentials and livelihoods, in line with the objective and philosophy of Kloth Woman Up.

By giving new life to discarded denim, this pouch not only helps reduce textile waste and pollution, but also tells a story of sustainability, resilience, and social impact.

How Davines is protecting and restoring our waters

Reducing our “water footprint”

By 2030, we’re aiming to reduce total water consumption in Davines Village by 50% compared to 2023 levels. One of the ways we’re planning to do this is by installing a waterloop system, which will recover between 60% and 70% of wastewater.

Tackling plastic pollution

We use eco-design principles to minimise the impact of our packaging and facilitate circularity through recycling. We also partner with Plastic Bank to reduce the impact of plastic outside our value chain. Since 2022, we have been incentivizing the collection of plastic waste by maintaining a 1:1 balance between the plastic used and the amount collected from the environment.
