1. What is the OI Easy Subscription?

OI Easy Subscription lets you receive selected OI products every 3 months automatically, with 20% OFF on every subscription order.

2. Which products are eligible?

Only selected OI range items are available for subscription.

3. What benefits do I receive?

1st Subscription Order: 20% OFF + Monthly GWP (with minimum spend tier)
2nd Order Onwards: 20% OFF only (GWP is not included)

4. How often will my order be delivered?

Your subscription renews and delivers automatically every 3 months.

5. Can I pause my subscription?

Yes. You can pause your subscription after the first 7 days.

Minimum pause: 7 days
Maximum pause: 30 days

Your subscription will automatically resume after your selected pause period.

6. How do I pause my subscription?

Go to My Account → Customer Portal → My Subscription → Pause Subscription.

7. Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. Cancellation is available after your 2nd successful subscription order.

8. Where do I cancel my subscription?

Go to My Account → Customer Portal → My Subscription → Cancel Subscription.

The Cancel button will only appear after your second subscription order has been completed.

9. Can I change the product or variant for my next delivery?

Yes. Before your next renewal, go to:
My Account → Customer Portal → My Subscription → Edit Product / Variant
You may change to another eligible OI subscription product or available variant.

10. What happens if my subscription product is out of stock?

If your selected item is unavailable:
The customer will be notified to update the product/variant or wait for restock.
The seller will also receive an out-of-stock notification for fulfillment.

11. Can I change my delivery address?

Yes. Update your shipping address in My Account → Customer Portal before your next billing date.

12. Will I receive the monthly GWP on every renewal?

No. The monthly GWP is only applicable to your first subscription order (with minimum spend). All future renewal orders receive 20% OFF only.

13. Will my subscription renew automatically?

Yes. Your subscription automatically renews every 3 months until it is paused or cancelled.
