Please carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions for the 11.11 Member Perks promotion, which is valid for 3 days. The promotion will end 11:30 PM daily, stars at 12.30 AM next day, Day 1 to Day 3 rewards being different each day.

1. Redemption Code Expiry:
The redemption code is advised for immediate use to prevent expiration. We are not responsible for any expired codes. Once code is redeemed, it is non-refundable.

2. Redemption Limit:
Only (1) product or discount code reward can be redeemed per transaction. Multiple redemptions in a single transaction are not allowed.

3. Minimum Spending Requirement:
Ensure that your order meets the minimum spending requirement of RM38 before applying the redemption code. If the minimum spending requirement is not met, the code will not be valid.

4. Expiry of Promotion:
The 11.11 Member Perks promotion is only available for 3 days. The promo will end every day at 11:30 PM. Day 1 to Day 3 rewards are different each day. Please make sure to redeem and use the code immediately before the promo end each day. We will not extend the redemption period beyond the daily promotion end time.

5. Limited Time Products and Discounts:
All the products and discount rewards are for a limited time only, and you are only able to select 1 reward and redeem it with your available points during the 3-day promotion. Points earned during the 11:30 PM - 12:30 AM promo change period will be frozen. Act quickly, as time is ticking, and the availability of rewards is limited. Offer available on a first-come, first-served basis, until stocks last. Limited quantities available.

6. Redemption Instructions:
Follow the provided instructions for redeeming your rewards. Failure to follow the provided instructions may result in the code not being applied correctly.

7. Promotion Changes:
We reserve the right to change, modify, or cancel the promotion and its terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting.

8. Eligibility:This promotion is open to eligible participants during the 3-day period specified. We reserve the right to verify the eligibility of participants.

9. Non-Transferable:
The redemption code and rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash value.

2. Choose and Redeem: Select the reward you want and redeem it. Copy the discount code.

3. Add to Cart: After clicking the 'Redeem' button, the product won't be added to your shopping cart automatically. You can find the product on our website and add it to your cart manually.

4. Apply Discount and Checkout: Paste the discount code during checkout and complete your purchase.

New Members:

1. Sign Up: New members can earn 500 points simply by signing up for the program.

2. Follow Instagram: Earn 100 points by following the program's Instagram account.

3. Insert Birth Date: Receive a generous 1000 points on your birthday every year by inserting your birthdate in your profile.

Existing Members:

1. Log In: Navigate and log in to your "My Rewards" account using your email and password.

• On 11th November 2024, earn 4 points for every RM1 spent.

• Share your referral code with a friend, have them join as a member, and your friend can enjoy a 10% discount on their first order.
